The image file upload size limit is 4 megabytes.  If a user attempts to upload an image file larger than 4 megabytes for a room or resource, the following application error message is received:

 

Maximum request length exceeded.

Yes, room records are populated in the ObjAcct database per room configuration.  Each room record in ObjAcct can then be configured with its own default pricing.  Please see the ObjAcct user help for detailed information.
