While it is technically possible to run Astra Schedule VII in the same Oracle instance as Banner, it is recommended that Astra Schedule be installed on a dedicated database server.

Server and database clone operations are not supported methods for creating duplicate installations for test purposes.  Cloning the server and/or database will cause problems due to the application and database infrastructure.  See Create a Test Environment from Production or Copy Data from One Instance to Another for accepted methods.
