Updates the range that usage policies usage data will be created for and then rebuilds the usage for the new range.

 

It is recommended that this job be scheduled during off hours as it deletes existing usage policy room usage data and recreates it so there will be a window where users would not see usage policies as conflicts.

 

It is probably normal to schedule this job to execute annually or quarterly.

 

The only parameters required are Job Name and entry of the Number of Months from the current date to extend usage policy data.
