Preferences for exams are configured in the same way as other scheduling preferences.  Because exams have specific meeting types, the meeting type attribute will be used in any preference rules that are specific to exams.  It is through the exam meeting types that scheduling preferences are made specific to exam meetings.

 

When creating a preference rule for exams, be sure to include the exam meeting type attribute in the rule.
